Tana always had natural high energy levels which attracted her to various athletic sports and the fitness industry. Her passion for the fitness industry blossomed when she took her first Lagree class at HIP Fitness; the exciting and high energy atmosphere of HIP made her want to be a part of the movement. She fell in love with the flow and routines on the reformer which drove her to continue her education and obtain a certification in Peak Pilates. She teaches what she loves at HIP Fitness!
Tana’s top priority is to make sure clients maintain proper body alignment and form, while ALL clients ENJOY the high energy, low impact, fat burning class!
She finds satisfaction in seeing clients’ health and confidence grow.

My mom: She is very strong and inspires me to do my best every day. She is my mentor and my rock.
