Paige was born and raised in San Antonio where she began her dance career at a very young age emphasizing ballet while also studying modern, lyrical dance and jazz. She fell in love with dance because of the balance, strength, grace, and control that it requires.
As a student at TCU, she continued to broaden her knowledge and dance experience. Paige is natural athlete and enjoys staying active.
When not caring for her three boys, she participates in long distance running, competitive tennis, cross-fit, barre method classes, spinning, and weight training.
She found her true passion when she discovered HIP. After taking classes for only a few months, she decided to begin teaching in an effort to help others find the strength, satisfaction and results that this high intensity workout delivers.
We caught up with Paige to chat more on all things HIP – here’s a peek into our convo:
Why do you like teaching HIP? I enjoy motivating people to fulfill their potential, to be their best, and to get progressively stronger as they learn the moves, proper form and experience results as their bodies become stronger and leaner.
How would you describe your classes? My goal is to provide clients with an awesome workout that allows them to challenge themselves beyond what they thought was possible. At the same time, I like to help beginners learn to practice proper form and technique, so that as they progress they can enjoy the full benefits of the Lagree Method.
Why should someone try HIP? I’ve tried a lot of workouts throughout the years and HIP is by far the most effective and efficient 45 minute workout for producing stronger cardio health, increased muscle tone and strength, and improved balance and coordination. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!
