THE MEGAFORMER
The Megaformer—you love to hate it, but always come back for more! With its resistance springs, and carriage, the Megaformer is similar to Joseph’s Pilates’, reformer. However, it delivers so much more intensity. Slower is better. Exercises are performed slowly, transitions are quick, and your muscles are guaranteed to shake. HIP Fitness was the first studio to bring the Megaformer to the Houston-area. If you’ve never encountered the Megaformer before, don’t worry—you’re in good hands!
HIP CLIMB
Using the VersaClimber, HIP Climb engages all major muscle groups simultaneously with each movement. The VersaClimber, allows for a vertical climb which forces the body to use the large anti-gravity muscles. The push/pull method engages the core stabilizers in a non impact workout.
