Cancellation Policy

  • We have a 10 hour cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 10 hours prior to the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account for future use.
  • Late cancellations will be charged a $15 charge for unlimited packages and no shows will be charged $25. Session Packages will be deducted a class for late cancels and no shows.

Memberships

  • Monthly Memberships: Late cancellations will be charged a $15 charge for unlimited packages and no shows will be charged $25.
  • Session Packages will be deducted a class for late cancels and no shows. No exceptions.
  • Limit of 2 sessions per day.
  • Clients are required to keep a credit card on file.
  • The auto-pay sessions can be found under contracts.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Instructors and classes are subject to change. Please visit the HIP schedule for details.
  • Classes must be prepaid to reserve a spot. Drop ins are welcome but a spot is not guaranteed.
  • All sales are final, non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
  • Socks with grip are required for all Megaformer Classes. They are available for purchase at the studio. Shoes are recommended for the Climb portion of the classes.
  • Memberships will auto renew monthly on the same date. You must commit to a min of 2 months.
  • You may place your membership on hold for $2 a day with a $10 min.
  • Clients must give a 2 week written notice from the next payment date in order to terminate his or her membership.
